INFORMED BY THE DEVELOPMENTAL MODEL FROM THE COUPLES INSTITUTE

Couple Therapy

The Developmental Model is a holistic approach to couples therapy that takes into account the individual and relational needs of each partner. It also integrates a variety of theoretical perspectives, including attachment theory, differentiation theory, and neuroscience.

The Developmental Model is used to identify the current stage of development of each partner and to develop the skills and strategies they need to move forward to the next stage. The goal of therapy is to help couples build strong, healthy, and lasting relationships.

We can work on helping you improve your communication, resolve conflict, and deepen your intimacy.
